Refund and Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to process refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns do not apply to Personalized items or Digital Products. We're unfortunately unable to honor return or refund requests made after 30 days of purchase. Please read below for more info on our refund and return policy.

 

Additional Return and Refund Policy Notes: 

- Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or an incorrect item is shipped

- All Digital Products are non-refundable and are final sale items.

- All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging

- Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping cost on returned items must be provided by the customer, unless returned item(s) is a result of an incorrect item sent on our part or a defect.

- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only

- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Place a claim by contacting us via email at info@shopunionthreads.com or by visiting our contact us page.

 

Order Change Policy

- Once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes

- Our fulfillment team begins working on your order within a few days of placing your order. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order after your order has been placed.

 

Incomplete/Wrong Address

If the shipping address you entered during checkout is considered insufficient by the courier (e.g. incorrect street number or missing apartment number), the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

 

International Orders - Customs and Duties Fees 

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as the customer are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you the customer.
